Poser Basics: How to get more variety from ready-made poses

This tutorial by Kalypso shows you how to get more variety from your poses quickly and easily using Poser 12's animation tools.

In this tutorial, Kalypso uses Sexy for La Femme by RPublishing & DM, but you can use any ready-made pose set you have in your runtime.

1. Make sure the Animation Controls are displayed by selecting them from the top of the Menu/Windows. By default, there are 30 frames. For this tutorial, increase it to 60.

2. Now apply Leaning 02 from Sexy for La Femme as your first pose.

3. Move to Frame 30 and apply Stand 02 as your second pose. You can stop here if you like or continue to Frame 60, where you apply Stand 04 as your third pose.

4. Now the fun begins.

Return to Frame 1 and slowly scroll through all the frames. As the figure is animated, it moves through the poses you've applied, which creates new poses in between the ready-made poses.

As you can see from the image below, this is a good way to add variety to your runtime by easily creating subtle changes to ready-made poses.
